SummitMedia is made of talented people who go above and beyond in the workplace. The August 2021 talent showcase features Dana Lundon from Birmingham, AL.

Dana Lundon started with the company in July of 2016 as the mid-day personality for 104.7 WZZK. In addition to her role on WZZK, Dana now serves as the mid-day host on SummitMedia’s 100.3 The Wolf in Knoxville. Dana spends countless hours each week prepping for both shows and serving listeners with entertaining daily content. Dana has always been a team player and handled many responsibilities like reporting daily news for the syndicated Rick and Bubba Morning Show, stepping in as a host on WZZK live events, and recording voice over for all SummitMedia markets. When Dana is off air, she continues to serve the Birmingham community by hosting virtual Alzheimer and March of Dimes fundraisers, raising donations for the Toys for Tots Operation Bike Drives, handing out book bags to community kids, cooking on the celebrity stage at the local Home and Garden show, and more. Dana has been awarded employee of the month and been crowned as the “Unofficial Queen” of SummitMedia Birmingham.

Outside of work and her community service efforts Dana enjoys spending time with her husband and son, cooking, and taking care of her sweet pet cats.
